Documentation and updating during operation
As part of the preparation of a measure (planning), we prepare the necessary mathematical and / or drawing documents for you. On the basis of these documents the measure is implemented.
For various reasons, deviations from these documents may occur during the realization of projects. These changes / deviations must be sufficiently anchored in updated calculations and / or drawing documents. So that at the end of a measure the most current status of the calculations and / or drawing documents is available, it is important to make a systematic compilation of the drawing representations and computational results. These properly compiled documents form an important working basis for the operator for later / subsequent measures on the object concerned.
(as-built drawings, floor plans, flow diagrams, inspection records, etc.)
During the implementation of a measure, several companies are generally involved, which supply and install plants / plant components from different manufacturers. The individual plants / plant components have various documents (such as operating manuals, spare parts lists, drawing documents, etc.).
These documents are required for the operation of the plants / plant parts (such as information on proper operation), for maintenance and servicing measures (such as information on maintenance cycles to be observed, scope of maintenance, etc.) and for any reconstruction measures on the object.
We will compile all these documents for you properly and completely.

In order to evacuate a building quickly and properly in the event of a “fire” and/or emergency, it is extremely important that the people in the building have sufficient knowledge of the escape and rescue routes in the building concerned. In addition, the most important rules of conduct in the event of an incident must be specified.
An important instrument here is the creation of escape and rescue plans. These serve to visually and quickly identify the courses of the escape and rescue routes and provide the most important information on the rules of conduct. Escape and rescue plans must be displayed in clearly visible places inside buildings. The operator must ensure that escape and rescue plans are kept up to date, i.e. that they are checked by a competent person at least every 2 years.
We create escape and rescue plans for you with expert knowledge.
The fire fighting plans for the object as well as the corresponding text part are an extremely important instrument for the fire department in case of an incident. Fire department plans depict the special features and risks on the site in question and in the buildings, using defined symbols. For example, the fire department must be able to identify the following information from the plans (examples):
- Location of the buildings on the site
- Accessibility of the object (access to the object from the public traffic area)
- Location of the fire alarm control panel (if applicable, location of the fire department control panel, fire department display panel, fire department key depot, activation element)
- Location of the fire department installation / movement areas
- Location of fire water tapping points (such as hydrants, cisterns, fire water ponds)
- Location of building entrances and exits
- Location of stairwells
- Marking of areas with special hazards (e.g. rooms in which highly flammable, easily flammable and / or flammable substances are stored; rooms with explosive substances, etc.).
A fire department plan includes:
- General plan
- Floor plan / floor plans
- special plan / special plans
- additional textual explanations (text part to the fire department plan with
- information about the structure, contact persons, possible hazardous areas, etc.).
The operator must ensure that fire department plans are kept up to date (to be checked by a competent person at least every 2 years) and that they are available to the responsible fire department / fire protection authorities.
We have already prepared the required fire department plans for a large number of properties and would like to assist you with your particular application.
Regardless of the number of employees, the employer must ensure that an explosion protection document is created and kept up to date as part of his duties ##(see § 3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health – BetrSichV) (see § 6 BetrSichV). The explosion protection document must show,
- that the explosion hazards have been determined and evaluated
- that appropriate precautions have been taken to ensure that the explosion protection objectives are fully achieved
- for which areas zones have been defined (Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2, or Zone 20, Zone 21 and Zone 22)
- in which areas the minimum requirements of Appendix 4 of the BetrSichV are to be applied.
An explosion protection document must be prepared before work is started and must be revised if changes, extensions or redesigns are made to the work equipment or the work process.
We have already prepared explosion protection documents for a large number of objects and will be pleased to assist you with your particular application.
