PERMIT PLANNING
according to Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), Water Budget Act (WHG), State Building Ordinance

We prepare for you the complete permit documents according to the requirements of the 9th Federal Immission Control Ordinance with text as well as the respective forms of the respective federal state for industrial, commercial and agricultural installations.

Our Services includes:

  • Processing and clarification of location issues, procedural aspects, statements on feed-stocks, intermediate products and final products and waste (if applicable),
  • consideration of safety aspects including risk assessment according to § 3 Be-trSichV (classification of explosive atmospheres),
  • Approval planning according to the respective state building regulations (provision of building permits in several federal states, recognition in all federal states) with preparation of CAD drawings in 2- and 3-D as building templates (compliance with the country-specific building template ordinance), text section with calculations of building codes and rainwa-ter drainage and disposal as well as official building authority forms,
  • in-house co-ordination of the required assessments (e. g. air pollutants and/or noise),
  • Preparation of fire protection concepts for structural installations and special buildings in compliance with the Industrial Construction Directive and the requirements of the State Building Code,
  • coordination with the competent fire protection authorities and the relevant local fire pro-tection bodies,
  • Applications for permits under water law or applications for permits under the Water Budget Act (WHG) e. g. for discharge of precipitation water into surface water or groundwater (leachage), discharge of process water, plant sewage treatment plant etc.
  • Display of facilities for handling substances hazardous to water (Display AwSV)
  • Nature conservation exemption according to the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG), species protection

PREPARATION OF ALL OPINIONS REQUIRED FOR THE PERMIT PROCEDURE
